Parental Rights Are Under Assault in Montana!

The State of Montana is currently in open rebellion against the Constitution of the United States, trampling on Parental Rights, and must act on behalf of all parents in the state! 

A minor was taken from her parents, sent across state lines to Wyoming, and is now in Canada without parental consent or knowledge! 

Montana's Child Protective Services (CPS) faces intense scrutiny over allegations of forcibly relocating a 14-year-old girl from her Montana family to Wyoming for gender transition treatment, resulting in the revocation of her parents' custody. This occurred despite the passage of State Bill 99 in April 2023, explicitly prohibiting the medical transitioning of minors.

The Kolstad family, entangled in a legal and emotionally charged struggle, witnessed their daughter transported to Wyoming against their explicit disapproval. Events unfolded in August, significantly impacting the Kolstad’s, as their daughter, facing sudden onset "gender dysphoria," was taken to Wyoming by Montana CPS, sidestepping the state's laws. The case involves mental health concerns, alleged self-harm threats, and clashes between parental rights and state intervention.

In 2023, the fight for parental rights unfolded nationwide with 60 Parental Bill of Rights bills introduced in 24 states, including Montana's SB337, vetoed by the Governor and opposed by 'The Nefarious Nine' including Sen. Chris Friedel, Sen. Bruce Gillespie, Sen. Wendy McKamey, Sen. Walt Sales, Sen. Daniel Salomon, Sen. Jason Small, Sen. Russel Tempel, Sen. Terry Vermeire, Sen. Susan Webber, Sen. Jeffrey Welborn.
